Presented by Scott Rouse, a behavior analyst and body language expert, who helps business professionals make better decisions in real time using information gleaned from body language in meetings, negotiations, and work with clients.
LGBT Legal Issues (1.5 GEN CLE)
Bill Harbison and Abby Rubenfeld will discuss their historic case before the United States Supreme Court, Obergefell v. Hodges, as well as key legal issues the LGBT community faces.
Representing Nonprofit Corporations (1 GEN CLE)
Neil McBride, former legal aid executive, will lead a session on what attorneys need to know when representing nonprofit corporations. He will also discuss recent developments in state and federal law.

TALS is a statewide nonprofit dedicated to strengthening the delivery of civil legal help to vulnerable Tennesseans. TALS' Executive Director, Ann Jarvis Pruitt, joined TALS after thirteen years at Dell Inc. where she served in the Legal Department as Executive Director supporting Worldwide Operations and later Ethics Investigations.
