TALS' Equal Justice University Conference Registration Now Open

Registration for the Tennessee Alliance for Legal Service (TALS) 2014 Equal Justice University is now available. The annual conference brings together attorneys, paralegals, social workers, ombudsmans, volunteers and other providers of civil legal services. This year's conference will be held September 10-12, 2014 at the Embassy Suites in Murfreesboro, Tennessee.

The event will have four sessions of continuing legal education courses on topics recommended by TALS' substantive law task forces. On Wednesday, September 10, 2014, TALS will present the Access to Justice Awards at the Access to Justice Awards Dinner, featuring a keynote address by national Civil Rights Leader Diane Nash. The event will also feature networking opportunities like task force meetings, the Tennessee Bar Association's (TBA) Access to Justice Committee meeting, a Leadership Luncheon featuring this year's TBA President Jonathan Steen and other fun social events.
