Gov. Haslam appoints to new TN Supreme Court Justice

Tennessee Governor Bill Haslam has appointed Tennessee Court of Appeals Judge Holly Kirby to the Tennessee Supreme Court. Judge Kirby will be replacing Justice Janet Holder who will be retiring at when her current term ends.
