LAS Welcomes Elder/Family Law Attorney

NASHVILLE, Tenn. Feb.20, 2015- Legal Aid Society of Middle Tennessee and the Cumberlands, Tennessee’s largest non-profit law firm, has hired Tina Osborn as an elder abuse and family law attorney.

Before joining Legal Aid Society, Osborn worked for Legal Aid of East Tennessee, handling housing and domestic violence cases. Prior to that, she worked for Pratt Aycock and Associates in Knoxville, focusing on family and contract law. She also served as a judicial clerk to the Knox County 4th Circuit Court.

“Tina is a hard worker and is already proving to be a great addition to Legal Aid Society’s staff, ” said DarKenya Waller, managing attorney for the Nashville office of Legal Aid Society. “Her previous experience and training in family law and her commitment to expanding access to justice provides a source of strength to many of our most vulnerable clients.”

Osborn earned her Juris Doctor degree with honors from the University of Tennessee School of Law and her undergraduate degree in political science from the University of Georgia.
