    Baker Donelson to host volunteer training for Veterans Consortium Pro Bono

     Baker Donelson is hosting a volunteer training for the Veterans Consortium Pro Bono Program on October 18, 2013.  This program uses volunteer attorneys to handle the appeal of disability benefit denial to the United States Court for Veterans Claims in Washington, D.C. This appellate briefing process is similar to other circuit court cases. 

    The training is open to lawyers outside Baker Donelson.The in person training will be in the Baker Donelson Nashville office, and it will also be available at other Baker Donelson offices by videoconference. Baker Donelson invites other Tennessee attorneys who may want to participate to attend the training. Interested attorneys can register as indicated on the announcement here.
