LAET-Johnson City to host Simple Last Wills and Testaments, Powers of Attorney, and Living Wills Clinicis

Free Legal Clinics for Area Elderly and Low-Income Residents

 JOHNSON CITY – Legal Aid of East Tennessee, in cooperation with local volunteer attorneys, will offer two FREE legal clinics for elderly and low-income individuals.  Attorneys will assist individuals with preparing Simple Last Wills and Testaments, Powers of Attorney, and Living Wills.  A notary public will also be available to certify completed documents.

Clinics will be offered Tuesday, August 20 beginning at 4:00pm, and Tuesday, September 17 beginning at 7:00pm.  Both sessions will be held at Memorial Park Community Center (Johnson City Seniors Center), 510 Bert Street in Johnson City.
