Kim Technologies Releases Access to Justice Case Study Featuring TALS

Since 2017, TALS has worked with Kim Technologies to increase efficiency and effectiveness on our HELP4TN civil legal helpline. Our work with Kim has almost doubled the capacity of our helpline and allows us to provide a better customer experience. TALS' staff has presented their workflow automation development and processes at multiple national conferences, including the Legal Services Corporation Innovations in Technology Conference, January 2019, in New Orelans, Lousiana, and the American Bar Association Equal Justice Conference, May 2018, in San Diego, California.
