TALS Housing and Consumer Task Force is hosting a CLE on Friday, April 24, 2015 at TALS Office - 50 Vantage Way, Suite 250, Nashville, TN 37228.
Topics will include:
- The Nuts & Bolts of Used Cars; Debt Buyer Collection Defense issues;
- An overview of the Real Estate Settlement Protection Act & the Truth in Lending Act;
- Eviction Law: How to Keep Your Client Housed
The 4 hour general (GEN) CLE is $75 for private attorneys, $15 for advocates and no charge for legal aid attorneys and staff.
