How to Donate to TALS

Provide Statewide Support for Legal Aid in Tennessee

Every year more than 600,000 low-income Tennesseans have at least one civil legal need and thousands of these individuals contact a legal aid office for help. Our mission at TALS is to support these civil legal service providers through training, programmatic, and policy initiatives, thereby ensuring that every Tennessean has timely access to civil legal services. Please consider making a donation to TALS. With your help we can make, maintain and expand our efforts to improve conditions adversely affecting low-income Tennesseans with civil legal needs.

Your gift will support our various projects across the state including: our web-based pro bono clinic Online Tennessee Justice; our library/legal services  partnership programs that deliver civil legal information to library patrons; and Equal Justice University (EJU), which is our annual training event for advocates and pro bono attorneys providing services to the poor, elderly, and victims of domestic violence in Tennessee. Additionally, donations may be indicated for our various scholarship funds, the EJU Advocate Scholarship Fund or the EJU Law Student Scholarship Fund.
